So far, i love it! Hostwinds has no false advertisements like other providers, for example you don't need to prepay 12+ months just to get an affordable monthly price. And they also have great support, they respond very fast, and they also refunded my server that i accidentally purchased. So far i am very satisfied with their service.
Most ip are blaclisted, the recent one i just bought is also blacklisted, i believe you guys can do somtin about it

I found that hostwinds' interface is not that intuitive like Namecheap, I can't find beginner guide like "how to set up my first domain and hosting" etc
Also, please add more live support and make the beginner guide more easily to be found
