I've had a KVM vps with them for a few years and they have been rock solid. I have not noticed any downtime and when I have needed help they have been very responsive.
So I totally recommend them.

I have two accounts with Hostnamaste hosting provider, its a nice web host because they offer a wide range of plans for each kind of users. It is well-priced and within everyone's budget. My site s using lots of resources because of its multimedia content. Space and BW are unbelievable but true. My expectations are always exceeded.

I had a 2GB KVM VPS there, and is was just horrible, slow, and every day offline for hours, and support takes somo good time to fix but never really resolved anything. So I asked for a refund and to my surprise they only offered less than 50%, just a joke as I prepaid a whole year. So be careful, they might rip you off and you don´t get any useable service.

Hostnamaste has(had) a site in Jacksonville Florida. I signed up with them last year and overall it has been okay. However, the site went down two nights ago and has been down ever since. No communication from Hostnamaste to its customers. I contacted them. However, their responses have been very brief and cryptic. They are not keeping me informed about the ongoing problem and their repair timelines. This is the worst communication and outage that I have ever experienced with any webhost in over 20 years.

I would not recommend Hostnamaste for any critical website or applications. Find a different company with better communication and dependability.

I did some research, came across these hosting offers, and liked what I saw. Because of my novice status as a webmaster, I had to call Hostnamaste customer support a few times in the beginning. It has been very good to me and my website. I switched to this web host about a year ago and I've experienced close to no downtime (unlike with my previous web host – I won't mention any names) ever since. I am very happy with Hostnamaste OpenVZ VPS and plan to use it for another web page someone has asked me to develop and manage. Thanks.

I am a user of HostNamaste in the past 3 Years. In between, The features and support I got from HostNamaste are really amazing.

I never got such and mind-blowing service from any other host. One of my sites was hosted with another host and I always receive notification about "your site is using more resources so that we are taking down your site"

But I have hosted 5 Websites with HostNamaste and never get any issue. Excellent service.
