The tech support team under normal support subscriptions will market for moving towards managed support service. They dont even try to understand teh problem which a customer is raising.
Also, forcing to subscribe for Site Jabber through disabling the dashboard access is another frustrating action

I bought a vps and the config provided by the tech support was wrong. Every time when I ask they were blaming the domain name service provider godaddy. But after 6 months one of their support person accepted that the config was wrong and gave the correct config. When asked about the 6 months of lose, the sales started abusing me. Worst thing is no one seems to reading ticket. Every time we need to share the screen shot of what was ticket about still they do not read. Pathetic
