Good support and features. A good entry offer (Discounted the first year). But now it is not cheap anymore. I'm considering moving to another hosting company. My baby plan only allows 2 sites. I have a couple of domains with emails only (no website) and now I have to go live with a third domain and it requires I upgrade. So basically, i have no website, only emails associated with a couple of domains, and now I need to upgrade and pay more. Not a good deal definitively. I'm in the market for a cheaper solution for custom domain email only. Thanks.
My experience with HostGator has been Great! Everyone that I've been in contact with was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Excellent customer service. I tried other providers and especially with technical issues and connecting different services together, its not uncommon to encounter unique problems whose solutions you can't solve by googling.
Other providers have customer services but i feel like they don't even understand my problem or they are just bots.
With Hostgator, every time i have a technical issue, the customer support actually understands the problems, answers my questions and helps solve the problem. Even if i there is a cheaper hosting provider out there, i would not want to change the service because the help with technical issues is worth way more to me than a few bucks per month.
The entire system is very poor and we are moving one by one from hostgator

Hostgator, there seems to be an issue with your payment portal's payment button. When attempting to renew using a credit card, after clicking the submit button, it indicates that the payment hasn't been made, despite the amount being deducted from my credit card. This process is not ideal for accepting payments from customers. Your payment submit button should be responsive, indicating that the payment is proceeding or completed once the customer clicks to submit the payment. However, the submit button shows no response, despite the amount already being deducted from the customer's credit card.

It's been months of my websites being down. I finally got one of them working today but it's been a difficult process.
You change the packages without notifying us and change the terms that were agreed upon in the first contract. Also, customer service has become bad, not like it was before. It was better customer service and technical support.
I had the Baby Plan package for 5 years. One of its terms was that it contained an unlimited number of domains. Then suddenly this feature was canceled and the package space was reduced from 100 GB to 20 GB without considering or caring about the importance of the sites that I have, and that I had previously planned according to my capabilities. Finance, then suddenly you ruined my plan
I can't set my website due the system never work in order, right now I realized that my web site ar active in the web with out finished yet and I don't know why if I never set that, I asked for a cancelayion since 15 day after I hot the plan and every customer assistance told me It was just that something was wrong and everthing will work in order after some actions they done but never work like they told me at all so I just been waisting my time and money for nothing. I just want the cancelation and my refund and even that no one can't do that for me.
I don't like the new Portal. It is also disappointing that agents only seem to be trained in WordPress issues, but nothing else in cPanel.
