I thought it would be best to stay with the host for a domain that i am transferring to-but I keep to have repeating the process. I just received an email saying I needed a PIN to continue the process. I did this twice already- I HAVE a PIN that support provided me days ago.

I am trying to do a migration, but my ticket got closed and when I reached support they said that would reopen it and continue the process there, which didn't happen... The whole issue was with namecheap, and due to this delays (caused by inode number of files in trash) I now have to pay them another month fee, while my ideia was to terminate it as soon as I hired in here, but can't untill the migration is done, so the lack of feedback on the ticket, and the Request Migration form not working as it should (fails on give feedback on error, and checking the network tab it shows a CORS error), I am unable to make the migration happen... So I'm paying for 2 hosting providers, and frustrated at both =/

It has been over a full day and the new hosting I bought is not set up correctly after contacting support! They created ticket ******* for level 2 tech to call me within 4 hours and assured me they will and I never got a call back.
