Issues with the website. Getting a lot of scam calls from indians after hosting the site with hostgator even despite the fact that there are active site privacy but still my Personal number details was shared with indian website developers.

I've asked several times what i have been charged for and nobody responds. I had an autopay charge of $250. I believe i'm paying for a service that you no longer provide me. I just want to clear it up and cancel this autopay so it doesn't happen again, but nobody responds to my question.

Received 2 emails from billing with different amounts, confusing. Started using HostGator yesterday using YouTube videos I found. Installed WordPress per video, then plugin Elementor per video. I did have a problem with wp form (would not deliver in my box) many many tries. I chated with gator support. They sent my request on to wordpress support with no response after 5 days, I ended up paying fixrunner to fix it, which in the end did not solve the problem. That was my only complaint with gator, that they sent me on to wordpress... which did not happen... twice.

I choose HostGator because based on the info I researched setting up my website was going to be super easy! This is ending up being an expensive BAD MISTAKE! I have no idea where to start and I keep getting directed to WordPress which seems as UNUSERFRIENDLY as it gets! Thanks for taking my $$ and I still cannot set up my website!
