I am going on the 5th call to get my emails. Administrative issues at Hostgator are seriously impacting my livelyhood. Would not recommend at this point. I have been a customer since 2008, but apparently not good enough to get some critical support.
DNS Servers are wrong or something is that Hostgator cannot fix. I am looking elsewhere for a hosting provider

Cheaper and popular at the time. The email options are not good. I cannot searh and clear my cache of unwanted spammers.
Price and ease of management were the main initial factors but the customer service via phone has been outstanding as well.

Simple and effective hosting service which offers a lot of options for your website.
Good experience on Hostgater. Just wish that the login was faster. Used to be able to click straight to cPanel - now got to go through other screens first. Also, it's a cumbersome task in phpAdmin to "Show All" in my lists - have to first go to settings and allow and only then can I choose "Show All". Also, it keeps resetting which is a bit aggravating - going through the same process every day...

When I requested a change in my server, I started an ordeal. I am disappointed, but I paid three years in advance. I have to wait to move on. I used to recommend you to my students, today, you are my example of scammers.
