There was a glitch in my website where I kept getting error messages, and then all my blog content was lost. One phone call and they were able to run some diagnostics, fix the glitch and recover my content. Very pleased.

The wait is a problem however the CS rep is great, I have 4 sites with you and I hate the long waits to speak to a live person.

I am still having issues with sent emails, through Google) ending up in the recipients Spam folder. I found on the Google site what I thought might help resolve it and the Host Gator support tech helped me make the changes suggested but I (and my employees) are still having the issue. There is still some "finger pointing" going on between Google and HostGator.

Good company for small to medium sized website. Customer support is excellent. They work round the clock

I have had nothing but problems with hostgator. We upgraded our services to the VPS package and the service diminished even more. If you look at our account, we were and are plagued with nothing but issues. We lost several clients because of the responses and services that provided.

Server set up was fast. Server has performed with little problem. This is a staging server to build out and test new site features.

24 7 tech help. If there is ever any problems they are resolved in a timely manor.

I love my experiences with Hostgator, and mostly the live support that handles every issue to the fullest.
How I wish they put up a WhatsApp support line as well.

One of your techs destroyed my website -and his counter part defended him -I tried to call mangement -no response -I am going to take action against your company - legal and social media -you should be put out of business -

Repeatedly over the past few months, our website has been down in some cases for hours at a time. We have been loyal customers for many years and had hoped communication with tech support would provide answers. We were shrugged off and told "we are upgrading our servers". This is going on too long!

All customer support agents are friendly and did their best, but it seems the server is somehow unstable and with error that leads to our mailing system is randomly with error which last for almost a week. But overall, HostGator is good.
