I dont typically write reviews, but I had to make an exception, because this was by far was the worst experience I've had with a so called business! My work schedule became extremely hectic and I had a major school assignment due that required more time than I had. I saw the reviews for this site and decided to give it a try (this is something I've never done). I asked them specifically if it was something they could do and if so in what time frame? I told them I needed the assignment in a week, but in actuality it was due in 2 -1/2 weeks (I wanted to have time in the event something went wrong). They require that you pay first (big mistake). Then they said I would have it in 5 days. 5 days came no assignment, I contacted them, they said give them another day, still nothing, a week and a half went by and still nothing. After several emails I finally received my assignment to learn that the majority of the assignment was done wrong! I contacted them and they said they would correct it within 24 hrs. 24 hours came and nothing! I contacted them AGAIN! And said I need my paid for assignment asap! No reply, no assignment. I sent an email advising that I wanted a refund, no reply. Lesson learned and I really hope that I can save anyone else from being robbed by these kind of sites where there is NO phone number to contact them only email. TRY AT YOUR ON RISK

I have been observing this online platform for a while. The site focus on students more than tutors welfare, take too much time to pay some tutors hence inequality as I discussed with a few disgruntled tutors. Tutors like Kim woods get all the work just because they have stayed on the site longer, it has some good and honest talents but they got to be fairer to everyone... I Used A Rima Makenzie and he/she was very good, an honest and just a starting up tutor... cases of dishonesty are due to the utter unfair treatments and inequality.
