I ordered 2 dressing tables and a mirror in January 2025, to date which is 28th May I have still not received them. They emailed back in April to say that the stock would be in 30th April but I have still not received them. I tried calling them multiple times and no one answers the phone. I am furious to be honest, we have waited for over 19 weeks (they had the money in January) and now it looks like I will never receive them. Do NOT touch this company AT ALL!
Waiting four months for an item to arrive, told it was finally arrived and now it wont be delivered for another 17 days, not a good experince.
The company took an order for an item they did not have in stock (without notifying me) I waited over 2 weeks for delivery. When it arrived, it did not look anything like the listed item. It was a completely different colour. I was so disappointed.
I then chased homesdirect365 with emails and phone calls for the next 19 days, trying to arrange a return and refund. They denied all knowledge of receiving my emails (convenient!).
Eventually, they said that the table colour was acceptable and would only refund me if I paid the return postage cost! (The table should have been a light honey mango. It was dark teak mango!)
Avoid ordering from this company. Their website images are not a true reflection of the items they sell. If you need to complain. They will deny receiving any of your emails, and to top it off, they will charge you to return your mis-sold items to them!
Purchased a desk with a 6 week lrad time.
Called before placing the order to be told it would actually be 8 weeks.
Following the purchase this changed instantly to 12 weeks.
At 12 weeks I chased delivery to be told it would be another 3 weeks.
I then followed up again to be told it would be delivered on a set day in two weeks time.
Somebody had to be present to accept the delivery, and the delivery window was all day.
Late morning I received an unapologetic phone call telling me that their van had broken down and delivery would be the following week or week after.
I rang up and the customer service advisor was extremely rude.
Canceled the order, this company is the worst I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with and never actually ended up getting the desk!
Avoid them like the plague and spend your money elsewhere!
My furniture was delivered today by Beau, very helpful and polite. Beau is a great ambassador for homesdirect365, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, very pleased with quality and service.

This has been a awful experience I could never recommend this company as they never tell the truth on delivery on stock,and to top it all furniture that is no good damaged whilst having my money in full,it took a while to resolve getting my money back,they also delivered a second lot of bad furniture,just don't bother save yourself time and look somewhere else,the phone is is looking after by people who contradict each other,it's a bad company,just remember when they take your money in full your left with all there bad management, not getting updates,and I've made lots of call and emails,just a waste of time,trustpilot has got some good reviews,not for bedroom furniture,so stay away if your looking for that it is seconds damaged goods on two occasions,they no what there doing,they are full of reasons and excuses,the worst company I've ever ever dealt with,I have all evidence of my experience emails,phone and damaged goods for anyone to see or even challenge me on this please go somewhere else for the white french bedroom furniture
Been weeks unable to use a bed that cost over £1000 as the middle support leg arrived in an appalling state. Shocking and incompetent customer service. Offered a discount then refuse to honour it. Disgrace of a company! Avoid!
WEB******* taken my money and not had a single update since apart from when I've called them - apparently ETA is May? Their website is pretty poor in terms of trying to know if the item is in stock or not and when I tried to call them before placing an order couldn't get through so thought I'd try my luck. The saving is great, but for the time to wait for it, I probably could have got one similar elsewhere a lot quicker. Do your research first. I'll maybe amend my review when/if my order ever arrives (surely a sale item would be surplus stock to shift out of a warehouse so I'm a little shocked if it really was out of stock).

Funnily enough I got an email shortly after this saying that it was expected on the 1st May and then I'd be contacted to arrange delivery or I would be kept up to date of any changes. Being a bank holiday on the first I thought I would wait till today to give them a call if I heard nothing. So I have. What a surprise, now not expected to them till the 15th May and then it will be sent out to me by FedEx...I'm on holiday till June. Not ideal, not impressed that yet again I have had to chase. I'm over £200 invested into this, and when I asked when it had changed to the 15th, the lady, who fair dues to her was really pleasant couldnt give me an answer. I've looked other items on the website, but I think I'll keep shopping around.
Great service, they kept me in the loop with expected delivery dates and shopping dates. Fantastic service and was all perfect condition would defo use again.

I placed an order on 15 September 2022 for a complete set of bedroom furniture. The description led me to believe it would be around 2-3 weeks for delivery. This cost me £2,486. I rang up on 26th September to request a rough delivery date, to be told all items would be coming in at different times between the end of November to the middle of December 2022! The following day (20/09/2022), I emailed to advise I wished to cancel the order. I followed this up the following day, due to not being contacted at all about the cancellation. I was informed I would receive an email with 24 hours. I did receive an email offering me £250 cashback to keep my order going. I emailed asking the terms but then changed my mind so emailed saying no and that I wished to still cancel By 30/09/2022 I had not had a reply so I rang and was told it was my fault because I had emailed more than once, sending my email to the bottom of the pile! I cancelled by phone and was assured my refund would be in my bank account within 10 working days. So, 14th October arrives, no refund. I rang them at 8am and was told it left their account the day before and would be held in the banking system.and it would be with me by the end of the day. I rang my bank (Natwest) and they could not see any money from HomeDirect365. So around 3pm I called HD365 extremely annoyed. I wanted to speak to someone in charge but was fobbed off that they were all in meetings but was informed that they money had left their account at 9.25am that day. By now I was libid as this had changed considering they told me it left the day before. I was told it was with my bank and it was them who were holding on to it. So, I ring natwest again and was informed that this is not how they operate and any refund would be put immediately back onto the card it had debited as soon as the money left HD365 account. So ANOTHER call. This time I spoke to a manager (who actually answered the phone so was not in a meeting). I was informed they were onto their merchant bank (Paypal) who themselves had caused the problem by sending the money somewhere which was holding it until 20th - 25th Oct. I explained that I had no money to go shopping to feed my children as I was waiting for this money which I should have received that day at the latest so could they do an immediate bank transfer to me for the full refund and then take the matter up with PayPal and have thr mo ey diverted bank to their account. They point blank refused to do this. So, here I am on thr Sunday afternoon. Still no money and the chukdten and I have had to eat what we could muster together from tins of food and anything in the freezer. This is totally their/PayPal fault and they could not care. I will have to start again tomorrow phoning them and trying to sort it all out again, just to get MY MONEY BACK.
AVOID THIS COMPANY! THE DELUVERY TIMES ARE NOT WHAT IT STATES ON THEIR WEBSITE AND IF YOU CANCEL, YOU WONT SEE YOUR MONEY AND WILL GO THROUGH A LOT OF STRESS TRYING TO GET IT BACK!
ABSOLUTE COWBOYS WHO SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY!
If you are happy to pay for an item and wait 6 months for delivery, this is the company for you.
If you are happy that when it is eventually delivered it bears little resemblance to the photos and description, then this is the company for you.
If you are happy with shabby rather than shabby chic, then this is the company for you.
If you are happy sending numerous emails in order to receive a refund then this is the company for you.
If you are happy that even after conceding they are legally required to refund you and they don't, then this is the company for you.

I didn't find any place to write on actual page review so I found a space so I can write about home direct 365 review I do most of my shopping for my house from online and I have never been across to the $#*! and poor furniture Website in my entire life! I order a bed I ordered it on January and now it's August what first to send me are used to bed when I asked for the exchange it took them two months to send me another bed which is the same problem it has black marks around it and it has chips missing absolutely disgusting! And now the refuse to help me at all! I spent £1139. 99 on a used bed! Please people be aware of this website do not order anything from this website!
Very easy to put together - perfect fit/finish to our new kitchen diner- matches the radiators perfectly.
Customer service absolutely disgusting! Spent £800 on a wardrobe during covid. Unfortunately because of circumstances our build was delayed. Items arrive and were checked for damage, boxed back up and shut away. Months later when we came to build the item and we were missing the bottom with the legs on. The first lady I told gave me the impression that there would not be any problems and even laughed at my predicament! 4 calls later the only response I have been given is that there is nothing that can be done. I have offered to pay extra for the part and assured them that my husband can make it fit if they remake the piece but they will not help and are not interested! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a cream shoebox from the website. The item I received does not look anything like the colour of the item in the picture on the website and has a yellow appearance. The item on the picture is a white cream - completely different.
Have been told that return postage won't be covered because the item is sold as described and received incredibly rude customer service. Those I spoke to implied I was lying and that the pictures I sent through look the same as the image which is complete nonsense.
Avoid this company. Wish I read the views beforehand as many have complained about the service and quality of the goods.
Extremely disappointed and disgusted by the service received. I will not be shopping here again.

We ordered two bedside tables back in September from this company. Delivery was due beginning of December. I chased them and the products were eventually delivered on the 17th December.
Whilst waiting for delivery I noticed the price on the website had dropped and I had now paid £70 more than the advertised price. When I contacted them they did provide a refund, but no apology for the inconvenience.
When the products arrived they were a completely different colour to the pictures on the website. When I contacted Homes Direct to explain my disappointment and try and arrange a refund and return I was told that I would have to pay a courier to return the items (as stated in their terms and conditions). I agree, this is stated in the terms and conditions that the customer must pay for the return should they not like the product, however, the product that turned up was nothing like the pictures on the website!
Quite frankly the woman that took my telephone call couldn't care less and just wanted to get off the phone! I've ended up being extremely disappointed and have two bedside tables that I'm now going to have to attempt to stain to the darker colour required. Very poor show from Homes Direct 365 - I would not recommend or use again!
Rustic white coat stand WEB*******. We wanted something in our open plan home that wouldn't look like a coat stand when empty. The white rustic coat stand is fabulous and looks like a sculpture when all the hats and coats are in use. Price not cheap, but for style and pure focal point by the door it is outstanding. Can't say how much we love it. The all round service and communication has been first class. Will keep coming back.
I purchased a 8-10 person bubble tent from Homes Direct 365 in September thinking I could use it to protect us from the elements when using our hot tub. The PVC material is woefully thin and poles to hold the roof up very flimsy. Wouldn't stand up to even the most inclement of British weather - avoid!
The PVC came away from the zipper and after one use we have an item that is not fit for purpose. It's a cheap copy of a more expensive item. I paid £289 (vs £600 for the 'official' version) but as it's broken after one use certainly not money well spent. Customer service communication is terrible. They offered me a refund after I contacted the furniture ombudsman but unfortunately I had already disposed of the item thinking there was no point in keeping it given how rude they had been. I'm sure some of their stuff is fine but avoid buying things like this. Just good money after bad.
