My stand alone freezer stopped working and Home safe handled my claim quickly and very professionally. It was very easy to file a claim and I would recommend them 100%. I referred my daughter and other friends to Home safe.
Unnecessary time delays, some rude people, very poor communication, requirements for submitted not clearly explained, no timely notification of discrepancies.

There was no guarantee after paying the deductible of $150, that someone would've come out on that Saturday is I need someone to turn the hot water on because it had completely gone out.

The credit card on file was closed and I forgot to update it. The customer service agent was very helpful and guided me through the process of putting in the new card. Plus I was able to pay for 6 mos at a time which I prefer.

My microwave stopped working on a Tuesday night so I called Home Safe the next day. Someone came out two days later to fix my microwave and it wasn't fixable. The following day I received an email stating that my microwave would be replaced with a link to choose the microwave I wanted.

My washing machine was malfunctioning. I called and a repairman who came out within an acceptable timeframe. He initially thought a part could be ordered to fix the problem. However, it was later determined that a part would not fix the problem, and we would receive a new machine. That process was quickly processed in a very smooth manner.

I find it amazing that when I purchased this my account was charged the same day, however when I sent if back I'm having to wait over a month and still haven't receiving my refund/.

Called for appliance repair. Very helpful with proper procedure. All information sent to my phone before ending call. Within 5 minutes repairman called to make appointment. Repairman showed up on time and made diagnostics, then gave time for repair. HomeSafe very efficient and easy to work with. If your looking for a good efficient company I think you would be pleased with HomSsfe

I knew of the option of having the repairs done and then submitting however, I really wasn't interested so I asked for ARMIS to find the repairman. 1st Call came out and did a great job. They were professional and did the work on the agreed schedule.

Provided a Technician in a timely manner. Once the Tech determined my appliance couldn't be repaired, they sent me a check to replace it. My only criticism is that I feel since they take my monthly payment out of my account, why couldn't they just deposit the replacement funds into my account, so I didn't have to drive to the bank?

Our machine threw water out onto the floor. Called my warranty company HomeSafe. Sent a man out who knew nothing about the machine. Cost me $150 to come out. Called again, sent another man out from another state. Took 3 days or more. Man tells me my wife broke the machine washing too heavy of loads. Paid yet another $150 for this guy. Company refuses to fix nor replace. Luckily I had another warranty company. Called and tech tells me he be there to fix it... says he knows the issue. Man came, (I paid $100) fixed my washer and we're using it today. HomeSafe refuses to reimburse me the funds for the two visits from their dummies ($300). I showed them proof. Was not broken, just clogged up. I cancelled HomeSafe for their carelessness, coldness, and lack of knowledge. It's about the money for them... not the customer. Be Aware! Do your homework. Better yet, just don't do it.

A man on the phone called about restarting my service. I told him I didn't have the money. And he kept pressuring me. It got down to 4999. He said it was a great deal. But I found out later about 4999 is the normal coverage price. So anyways, I didn't get a discount..
