Roth was very helpful yesterday in solving my issue. However, I don't understand how my website was just lost for over a month. Somehow, and by someone, a change was made to the set-up, and my website was offline for all that time. Are there no checks to be sure that when changes are made, that the website is still functional and accessible? Both Frank Moran and Chris Bradbury have been wonderful at helping me understand the program and how to set up everything. I am frustrated with the lack of coordination between the bio section of my dashboard and the presentation section on Homes.com. It is being pursued by Jim and I hope to get good answers in the next few days.
