I give them "0" stars. I purchased two items. The first was a discount on kids books for slimyworm. My kids looked on line and the site was so limited that we are still trying to figure a way to use the money since I paid for it.

We were also planning a summer trip. A deal came across that stated you can go to travelocity and get $50 off a hotel room for $100. I purchased the deal. When i went out to travelocity to fill in my destination and dates, I found a hotel. I put in the coupon information in the appropriate field and the site did not recognize the code. Then I went back to read the coupon and went to another site-travelocityincentives.com. I tried to enter my destination and there is no return information which means I couldn't use the deal! We are a very budgeted family and this was the ONLY trip we were making this year so I wanted a refund. There is almost no contact information for them, but I sent an email requesting a refund, I was told there will be no refund. I'd even decided maybe my husband and I can book a room in our city for our anniversary, went to the site and again, the search returned blanks. I am beyond dissatisfied.
