Product was easy to find on the website, and the price excellent. I couldn't find anything on shipping times, but when I emailed the next day, I got an immediate response.
Free delivery and received in about a week's time, which considering coronavirus delays, I think is excellent!
Using Fedex is a big mistake.
I usually buy from a local supply house. They did not have the unit I wanted and couldn't give me a delivery date for it. I found it on your site and had it within a week. Incidentally, the price was just about the same...and the delivery was free! I'll come back...
It was supposed to require a signature. I found it laying in my driveway, half way from my gate to my front porch. Good thing someone didn't drive over it. What happened to the signature requirement?
