I ordered 2 lights for our foyer in September 2017. They were supposed to arrive by October 18,2017. It is mid- November and the lights have not arrived. I have tried to contact HomeClick about 10 times over the past 3 weeks without any response. No response. I have also called their customer service number multiple times and their is no option to talk with anyone or leave a message.
BUYER BEWARE! My reviews of on-line purchases have always been positive. However, this one is not and I tried very hard to avoid posting and gave Homeclick the option of responding before I did. If you have a problem with your order and youre expecting ANY type of customer service, it wont happen. Youll be lucky to get any type of response at all.
My issue: Two lamps, both the same, both with 2 pull chains on each lamp. The pull chains on each lamp were uneven (by at least one inch). I sent pictures showing them. I expected some type of reply as to what could be done. The lamps themselves were very nice and I paid $400.00.
Emailing on 10/10/17 did bring a response that my issue was being looked into w/the manufacturer but nothing thereafter despite follow-up emails.
Its now 11/7/2017. I have done the following:
Went to their Facebook page and sent a message w/my order #, etc. (which says they typically answer within 1 day) - its been 6.
Then I tried calling the Customer Service #*******313 making sure it was during their business hours (Eastern Standard Time). I tried all 3 options, Sales, Customer Service, Return/Cancel. All three options had an automatic response directing me to contact them via email to their Customer Service with no option to leave a voice mail.
Next I sent a message via Twitter (which was read immediately). I stated I would wait two days before posting anything. No response.
So, my advice to you is (regardless if the price is less), DONT ORDER FROM THEM. Youre asking for problems.
I will follow-up with my bank and PayPal; however this shouldnt be necessary from any legitimate on-line company.
I ordered a Tommy Bahama Chair. Card was charged immediately. NO contact since the date of charge. No emails returned. NO calls returned. NO way to track on website. 2900. 00 chair ordered with promise for quick shipping. Shame on me. Do not anticipate the product. I have disputed charge. Do not waste your time with this site.
I purchased a furnace for $1800 through their website. One month later no furnace, they never answer the phone its just a message and they don't respond to email. UPS said the shipment was sent out freight and then one week before delivery date it was turned back by Homeclick.com no explanation. No response. Now I am trying to get my money back through PayPal.
As a Vendor with a contract I find it irresponsible that Home Click does not pay their Invoices. Countless e-mails and phone calls go unanswered. Let it be known that you may have received the product you ordered and paid for. However, our company built it for you and received NOTHING!
I submitted my order early in July and was told the product was backordered and would arrive in August. I was willing to wait because the product looked beautiful and it seemed to be the only one online that would fit my space. My ship date was changed 6 times. I finally asked to cancel my order and receive a refund on Oct 24th, but the customer service representative stopped responding even though I was initially polite about it. I followed up a few days later, and then a few days after that submitted an inquiry through their website. In the past, all inquiries and responses were quick - they were quick to inform me (when I asked) that my order was delayed again. They asked if I wanted a refund and when I said yes, they just stopped responding. I just submitted a complaint with the BBB and I really hope I can just get my money back. Do not shop here! Ive been out $3000 since July and have little hope of getting it back at this point, unless my credit card company will refund me, or the BBB pulls through. Now Im going to have to save up again because I still need a bathroom vanity and wasted 5 months and $3000 at HomeClick.
This company is a ibternet middle man. They charge your credit card right away and then delay shiping until they will find it the item you ordered. They do not have it in stock, they can notship it to you right away. I have placed orders 2 times and both times I had to cansel after 30 days waiting. Do not waist your time and money. It is not worst to even try.
I ordered double vanity and it arrived 3 weeks later (longer than it was advertized) and the top arrived shattered. I called customer service and it took them a few days to get the replacement approved and 1.5 week out, it's still processing. The agent was blaming the system for it and was saying "it takes time". I'm still waiting but definitely frustrating.
Update:
Finally got the replacement countertop and I was sent with the wrong part so I had to wait weeks again. I had to pay my contractor to keep on coming back. I don't know how they are still in business...
Literally just got off the phone with these scam artists. Order a $1,200 mirror that was supposed to be shipped out a week later (7/11). I then receive an email aa week later saying the item won't ship until 8/7. So, I wait the 5 weeks with no update. I can on 8/7 (the day it was supposed to ship) to deal with a super rude woman that tells me my card wasn't charged and they sent my numerous emails about it.
Well, I'm STARING at my online statement and I clearly see the charge of $1,200 on my card. Nope, she says. That's just a pending charge but she can cancel the entire order, no problem. Yeah, no problem for you maybe. Huge problem for me that has been waiting for the mirror for over a month.
After dealing with the super rude woman who kept overtalking me, I didn't trust her information and asked for the manager to ensure it was accurate. Of course it wasn't! He tells me it didn't charge my card, then after much arguing, it did charge my card (duh!) and that it already has tracking... I tell him I'm done with them. Had I not asked for the manager I would have never known anything.
Still waiting for the refund. Unbelievably rude customer service. I will never buy anything from them again.
I ordered $600 lamps and a month later, literally a MONTH later I had to call customer service to find out that the item is on BACK ORDER. Are they being serious? Why on earth do they hold my money for one month and tell me the item is out of stock? Why the heck did they even accepted my order in the first place?
I ordered two lamps for over $800 and the small one arrived broken and the larger more expensive one, never arrived. Worst online retailer ever! DO NOT BUY HERE.

First they said the items were in stock and would ship within 24-48 hours. After they took our money, we received an email saying that we would receive the items in 3-3 and a half weeks. When the shipment finally arrived, it contained a defective item. Homeclick's website and emails all say that defective items are easily and effortlessly replaced with great customer service. WRONG AGAIN... they make the customer call the manufacturer and wade thru their process and then call them back. Homeclick wont simply give you your money back like Home Depot, Lowes or other retailers will. They make everything difficult and don't want to give you your money back even when they sell you defective products. WARNING! DOn't use this retailer!
Had an issue with two orders, Spencer at customer service did a great job of taking care of the problem.

If I could give this site a negative review, I would. I have ordered 2 lamps 5 months ago and have not received the merchandise, they have taken the money out of my account the day after I ordered it. I have gotten 4 e-mails promising my merchandise at a later date and when that date nears I get another one pushing date further. 5 months! I would advise anyone to avoid this site. There are so many others out there. I will contact the BBB next.

I found a pub table and chair set online to gift to my girlfriend for Valentine's Day, and was set to pick it up at a store in time for the holiday. Then suddenly learned they were out of stock. It's now just a couple weeks away from the holiday. So I found the same set on Homeclick and a customer rep named Spencer Freedman confirmed he could have it arrive on time for Valentines Day. A week later, I'd received no shipping confirmation so I emailed Spencer. He came back with the bad news that it turned out they were out of stock; and the next one available would not arrive until AFTER V-Day. I was distraught -- it was all part of a romantic plan. I told him this, and asked if there was ANYTHING he could do? So he confessed he actually felt really bad and had contacted several other retailers to find it for me -- but to no avail. I was impressed, but still had no pub table. Then, a few days later, only 3 days before V-Day, Spencer contacts me and says he negotiated sending to me the pub table set that was earmarked for another customer, for whom the shipment was not as time sensitive. He arranged rush shipping, which by my math must have cut away all profit for Homeclick -- but he believed it was the right thing to do. And I can tell you, when that box arrived the morning of V-Day at my door, it was Spencer Freedman who won me as a very grateful customer and devotee of Homeclick. THAT is a platinum example of caring customer service, of which I am not worthy, because I am leaving this review four months after it happened.
I ordered from this site because of the promised delivery date. It's been over a week and it should be almost here. When I called in, they said it wasn't shipped out and is now currently on back order. So frustrating. When didn't I get a notification? I needed the item asap. I highly do not recommend using this company.
Item was well priced and sent in a reasonable amount of time, but in the wrong color. I called, took a photo of item as instructed, emailed the photo and was told it would go to Defects department. Then, nothing. I called again, and was finally sent the shipping label, so now I have to repackage it and take it to Fedex. Only after they received the item that THEY sent incorrectly will they reimburse. After reading many bad reviews and having this experience, I decided to cancel the request. Frankly, I don't trust that they'll get it to me. Lesson learned. Sometimes paying more is not a bad thing.
Very Fast! Ordered a Headboard for company on Monday 10/20 and received by Thursdays 10/23. The headboard was perfect and looked just like it did in the picture. It was securely wrapped and packaged from the manufacturer so it was received with no damage. The piece really gave the guest room a more homey and completed look. I am very happy with my purchase would recommend Homeclick to friends and family as well as order from their site again!
This was my first experience shopping with Homeclick. I was very impressed with the selection of products and the prices were cheaper than any other website I looked at. I purchased a new kitchen faucet. It shipped the day after I purchased it and arrived to my house 3 days later in perfect condition. I have placed the order for arteriors walsh lamp for 459$ and had crossed the expected date for receiving the item. I have not received any communication post my order date. The tracking status says 31st october. The above numbers are not reachable. Could you please call us. This order is critical for me as this is a replacement item.
