One has to be bit patient for the delivery at times, but it's worth it and the packaging is absolutely absolutely amazing. I purchased lowboard, coffee table, side tables and bunch of decoration items. All delivered without even a tiny damage or something. It's simply imposible with the way they packaging and delivery. I placed an order with Homary for a ceiling light, which arrived in good time and I was really happy with. I then placed another order for the same light to go into my kitchen. It was only after I placed the order that I realised there is brass in the light and my kitchen is mainly stainless steel, so it wouldn't tie in. I requested to cancel the order and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they came back to me to offer help. They offered me alternative solutions from them, but after I exhausted all avenues I asked for a refund, which they were happy to put through.
1st order great service quality and light looks absolutely brilliant. 2nd order (made in error) sorted nice and quickly with no drama!
