Ordered an autographed celeb photo and sent it to the wrong address (my fault). Talked to Jose and he got me straightened out quickly and I got it with plenty of time to spare for the present!

I am shocked I am the first person to leave a negative review. Nonetheless, here we are.
Basically my issue is that I paid $25 for next day shipping. The company sent my purchase as 2nd day. When I called to inform them of this, customer service simply argued with me, that they did everything correct and refused to refund me the difference which I paid. Aside from the refusal to refund me the difference, the item which I had purchased and paid for next day shipping arrived a day late (because it was shipped as second day instead of next day) and I had nothing to give as a gift. I am flabbergasted this company would literally steal money from me, then when confronted, just tell me tough. (The excuse provided was that because they processed the order quickly they did not have to ship it next day) I will NEVER purchase from them again, and will advise everyone I know against giving them business. Honestly, just thinking about this makes my blood boil. Dishonest theives. Apparently I should have talked to Shelby...

I was very leery about spending alot of money on an autographed photo from the Godfather with out being able to see it and hold it in person. Internet shopping can be dangerous.

I purchased a Charlie Day signed and framed photo for my boyfriend as a gift for Valentine's Day thinking it would get here on time as the details on delivery mentioned it would be ready to ship in 3-5 business days. After 3 days without an email and no tracking label I got nervous and reached out to Cristin at their customer service center. She was wonderful! Unfortunately, because I forgot to factor the time it took for framing, it would take longer to process and it was actually estimated to arrive in my hands on Feb 21! I panicked, but she was able to keep me at ease and monitored my order for me every step of the way. Within 24 hours she was replied back and said she was able to have it in my hands the day after Valentine's Day. I definitely would do business with her again! She was funny, sweet, and worked with me quickly and professionally to resolve my issue. She even made a free card stuffer for my boyfriend that I could present to him on V-Day while he waited for his gift to arrive in the mail. Super satisfied.
