I wanted to return my cloths but that girl was the worst person to interact with. She was keep on making mean and rude comments. She said such wires means words while I was just standing and staring at her. The most uncomfortable unprofessional customer service I have ever see. Toronto downtown Etean center. Guys If you want to enjoy your day don't come to this H & M they will make your day worst! Their fabric are the worst. In two week of time you will see ther worst side of their phabric! Worst place to buy anything is H and M!
H&M has NO inventory in physical stores for maternity and nursing clothes so you have to order online. First, you have to order a bunch of stuff to get free shipping (3-7 business days). Then you immediately get an email that your order is delayed. I got my order a day late and because the stores are useless for pregnant/nursing mothers, there is no other choice. Finally, the order arrives and one white shirt has pen marks all over. I call H&M and their response is "order a new one and wait another 7 business days to have it delivered". Also, need to return the damaged item and waste time on that. Overall, this has been the worst experience buying clothes online. Worst customer service.
H&M has brought back the era of department store dictatorships from places like Russia and China. If you buy something online and it is faulty or some other query, you cannot get help in-store because of all the rules at H&M. My way or the highway style of thinking. They are autocratic, dismissive and rude.
Myer has great customer service. You can return online purchases at the service desk. H&M has no such desk. It's just way too smug.

I placed around 30-35 orders with multiple items. The returns were sent back all carefully from my end. Then they told me they haven't received my returns after 6 months when I chased. I had to prepare an excel sheet to track all my orders and returns which consumed so much time. They refused to give my refunds for 2 of my returns of 1039 and 799 rs.
Be very careful with them. They don't initiate return until u chase and sometimes not even after chasing. It never happened with any other shopping site. Customer service literally says. There is no one above us to escalate and they are so unwilling to help. I literally cried when I had to explain too much to get my genuine money back and still dint get.
Boycott h&m.
I ordered the same 2 hoodies for my son in 2 different sizes. One came and then we recieved a black fur coat meant for girls in the same size as the hoodie. When I contacted H&M customer service they told me they don't have a system to send me the hoodie and that they want me to return the coat for a refund and then I would have to purchase another hoodie to replace the one they didn't send. So to sum that up, I would be purchasing 3 hoodies, sending one back and then waiting almost 2 months for the refund to hit my account. On top of that they said, "we will wave the return fee." Oh... you are TOO KIND. And the only thing they can do is send me a 20% off coupon and free shipping. I can't help but feel like this is a sales tactic for customers to come back and purchase more from them. I find it super odd they sent an article of clothing from the opposite gender, same color, same size. It just feels like it's an internal policy that if they don't have a specific item in stock to just put something else in there in hopes that the recipient will make another purchase. I will never support this company again. I am so sick of corporations throwing ethics out the window just keep profits high. H&M is a dying brand and they are sealing their fate.
Why have a customer service dept. when they aren't remotely helpful? They need to fix their online system for those who need to make edits on their purchase. Customer Service literally can't do anything and make poor excuses. Your clothing may be nice, but your online customer service needs to be trained better and have better control of the site. Or at least fix the process of your orders. It's a waste of time as your consumers to need to wait over 48 hours to make a dumb missing package claim for a simple refund. Fix your system.
I ordered a couple of coats. It took a few weeks before they shipped. I then got an email that Purolator attempted delivery but that was a falsehood. I ordered online to avoid exposure to COVID. I'm home 98% of the time. I contacted H&M 3x. I was told 2x that Purolator would attempt to deliver again which conflicts with the email I got. I was assured they absolutely would try again. Being that they never actually tried the first time I was sceptical. I called a third time and spoke to a "manager". Good lord! Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. She couldn't keep her story straight as to how they shipped it. She would not contact the courier. She didn't care that I didn't have it or if I didn't get it. She didn't care if she lost a customer. She just didn't care about anything at all. I'm out the money I paid and have nothing but a headache to show for it. This company is poorly organized and if Dominique is representative of their management they can't be trusted to do anything right or care. Save your money. I used to shop in store regularly. I can't support this company at all. Years as a customer and on my first online order they have destroyed my trust. Avoid avoid avoid!
I am very dissatisfied from the quality of hoodie bought by me on 15. December 2021, I came to know about this just after one wash but now at the store they are saying you should not have washed it, but when did they informed me prior for the same... very much dissatisfied.
The company is unable to solve any shipping issues. My package was sent back, and then they were unable to update the address and resend. Then I was told I had to wait an additional five days for a refund after the tracking had said the package had already been sent back. Horrible customer service. Was the last jacket and they said we can send u ana update when the jacket is available again. Smh
Ordered 8 items online and only received 3. Called customer service and they advised that the other 5 items were on their way in a separate package. Received email that the other 5 items had arrived but didn't. Call customer service back again and they stated that they other 5 items were given to the USPS and that if I didn't receive them in two in two days to call back. Well 2 days later, it was Christmas day. Called back Monday and was told that my other 5 items were back at the warehouse with no explanation. Asked if they could reship and they declined. Sent refund for 5 items. I will never ever ever order or even buy products from the store. The customer service straight up LIED to me without hesitation. If I had not called back, they would have just kept my money because I'm the email that I received, it states that all 8 items were delivered! Sketchy business right here!
I have now ordered from the H&M website on two separate occasions. This is now the SECOND time that I have ordered and entered my delivery address only to get the shipping email confirmation. It shows my delivery address is my email address. I call customer service and they tell me o'well you should have refreshed the page. In my online ordering, I have NEVER had to "refresh" a page to make sure my address is correct. H&M should be ashamed of themselves. People already spend a lot of money on the clothing then have to pay all this money for shipping, only for THEIR system to not work properly. I now have had to pay additional money to UPS to have my packages shipped to the right address. This will be the LAST time you will ever get my money. If I had the option to give NEGATIVE stars I would.
Seems like the average time to be shipped is 7+ days from what I've been reading. 7+ days sitting in the warehouse... This is not on par with most online retailers you buy from today. Most ship within A DAY or two.
Do they promote more sales and orders than the warehouse staff can handle in a timely manner? Maybe, either way it should be addressed. Bad experience for a first time customer.
I dealt with customer service twice, and both times were horrible experiences. The agent was high or sounded high and uninvested, told me the item in transit was returned because I put in my address wrong (turns out my address was just fine as it was the same one I used for every order...) and could not do anything to help. They couldn't simply just find the right address with my postal code, and it seemed that they couldn't tell me exactly/or didn't want to look into why my package was returned so they told be something random and in the end, nothing was done about it.
Customer service is fine, everyone is nice but they tell your the same thing you can see online. It's been two weeks since I ordered my stuff and it's nowhere near me. It sat for jive days now it's been sitting again. I ordered from the gap three times since the order with them and got all my packages. This sucks.

My parcel of items I bought during Good Friday sale was returned to sender because ‘the address was incorrect'. The address was clearly correct and I have never had this issue before.
They refuse to resend the package and will refund the items after 25 days!

There's nothing negative about this review. I notice there's a substantial amount of colleges you represent. Could you include black and brown colleges as well. I like H&M. But I think college diversity is bigger than this.

Disappointed. They cancelled the ordered when it was in my hometown. I was waiting for that product for 3 days and what the delivery agent did was they cancelled the product. They might have thought my area was far away. But actually it takes 10 min to reach my home from delivery service. They cancelled my product and i couldnot gift it to my sister for bhai dhuij... really disappointed by the delivery agent. Please do take care of the agent coz i m really disappointed as they were the one that cancelled my order.
Customer service sucks I called about 7 times to ask a question about the points I've received and everyone either hangs up on me or puts me on hold for 30 min. Mind you I have 1000 points with them. I will never ever shop from them again.
