Being upfront about the fact there is a cost to download what you make would be good. I'd be fine with paying a small fee to use this service even on a one-off basis. I do not like being confronted with a price unexpectedly, even if the service is otherwise good, and I will be warning others about this.
Being unable to manually change the font size in the e-mail field so it doesn't line-break would be highly appreciated.
