We also provide a full access account for a small fee that grants you 14 days to print, email or download your documents using our copyrighted templates, but these features are NOT listed within the free account.
In addition, we do offer a 100% money-back guarantee for our 14-day trial if you are not satisfied with our services.
Also, when you sign up for our 14-day trial, you’re automatically enrolled in our monthly subscription service, which we let you know at this stage that you may cancel at any time. Also, when we request your credit card information, we clearly explain that unless you self-cancel or request a cancellation before the end of your trial, you authorize us to charge your credit card every four weeks at the regular price of the subscription.
As for the refund policy, we do not process any refunds on recurring charges, as stated on our Terms and Conditions page. Our policy is as follows; we offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the end result during the first 14 days. Once those days are up, we do not process any refunds.
