I used the trial version to download a single video 3 times (on 3 different computers) from the same website where I paid for an online course. Since the trial version worked well, I decided to buy the premium version. However, the premium version always gets a parsing error and cannot download the same videos as the trial version.

I contacted support and asked them to make my premium version work the same way as the trial version but they said they are unable to do so. So then what is the point of a trial version? I clearly meet the requirements to receive a full refund but they refuse to give me one.

Additionally, it appears that the links are sent to a remove server when trying to download using premium and this prevents them from downloading from a paywalled website. It is also likely that HitPaw saves all of the videos you download with the premium version so beware.

Customer service representatives Quinn and Zara were courteous and very helpful. They solved my problem with speed and efficiency. Terrific!

Their product did not work. And that money back guarantee they talk about? Good luck. I literally chatted with their customer support team for over a week and they would not refund my order. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and I will never do business with them ever again.

The video enhancer seemed useful so I purchased it. However, I tried multiple settings and, while it did change the video, it definitely did not improve it. Be warned, it just makes the videos look extremely artificial. I asked for a refund and ended up going back-and-forth where HitPaw tried everything but give me a refund. I eventually managed to get 50% back from them. What a complete waste of money. You can see why they don't want to give a full free trial version - nobody would buy it! BE WARNED!

So: these guys are blowing dust in your eyes. All they are required to do is remove the watermark and nothing else. I bought the full version and downloaded the first file and this program just failed. I assumed that maybe there was something wrong with the file and started looking for another product. I found this one watermarkremover io and uploaded my file, five minutes later the watermark was removed and I uploaded it in the highest resolution. Next I explained to the HiTpaw guys that their program does not meet my needs and does not do a simple task and ask for my money back. They replied that their program is perfect and I am a fool and we will not give you your money back, choose another product from our junk and we will replace it. But why do I need junk? I need my money.

This is a cheating company, I bought the product above to try to enhance a Ring video, but it did nothing, no change in quality, unable to identify the person, you will never differentiate between the original and the enhanced. I have using your AI Video Upscaler for do upscale my video from low to high quality, I so excited is your software do very well with my low quality videos. It has been sharper, clearer and the important thing is it not using much machine resources (this is the strong point of this software, I think) - all other AI Video software they use a lot of machine resources to do upscale like Topaz Video AI. But one thing I don't like about Hitpaw is that the video upscale time is quite long for me - although I see the software has a model that helps speed up the upscale time, but with this model, everything is the same, it's fast. Usually not good but I still want the Quality model, the speed will be fast or slow depending on the machine configuration, for example my machine is I7-9750H, 16GB RAM and NVIDIA RTX 3090 Ti Graphics Card for upscale processing. A video that is only 10 minutes long but takes 30 minutes is very slow to me.

I hope that Hitpaw will improve this upscale speed issue in the near future so that I can continue to accompany Hitpaw for a long time. At the same time, you can help me by updating the pause logic. When the video is upscaled, it will remember when we stopped the video and when we resume it, it will continue right at that place instead of having to wait for it to restore from the beginning until it stops, which is very time-consuming.
