HitPaw has been an absolute lifesaver, especially their Video Enhancer. I recently bough an Insta360 which can be a bit grainy especially in low light, and the Video Enhancer makes the footage nice and crisp! Couldn't recommend more!

I had a project that required upscaling many images so I could get large banners printed from some really low quality photos, this program was the only one that did it for me without making the images look plastic. I was sure I would have to outlay a lot more for some other well-known programs but their demos didn't give me any confidence in their ability. In the end I purchased this and I've not had any buyer's remorse. It's also been recently updated, and new features added. I like software that is always being improved on. The support team are quick to respond to queries also which is rare.

Using the trial version of various upscalers, HitPaw was by far the most straightforward to use. It has quite a few options (upscale with varying degrees of quality, focus on facial improvement, frame interpolation for smoother video), and yet it doesn't overwhelm you with settings that mean next to nothing to the average person. The results are quite impressive. Also, since I've had the product (~5 months) they have come up with several new models. Not all are of use to me, but it demonstrates that they continually innovate and improve the product.

Absolutley amazed by the video enchancer reuslts. Old blurry video footage can be upscaled to 4K with lots of new detail and definition. I am still amazed everytime I convert another old video, its like magic!

I'm very satisfied with HitPaw, it's really made a big difference for my old photos. Now I can colorize my old family-photos, and I'm now using HitPaw on most of my pictures anyway. I'm an amateur photograph, but using much time to try some photos getting better.
Until now, I have tried a lot of programs, and it works so and so and ok, but now, after using HitPaw for several months, I'm not in doubt. HitPaw is a must if you want to lift your photos to an higer level. It's still not perfect colorize at all colors on every pictures, but that does no other program either.
HitPaw is absolutely a gamechanger. Build with AI, the program getting better and better.
This program is absolutely to recomment.

I used the maker and the remover filigrana, t'ha last doesn't work...To dismit the subscription it's not Easy. Fortunately the customer care Is very good

I want to alert you to a deceptive practice employed by HitPaw, known as "Automatic Renewal," targeting previous subscribers to their services. This automatic renewal occurs without prior notification to the customer, depriving them of the opportunity to decide whether to renew or not. I initially subscribed to their service for one month to use one of their programs. However, I was surprised to find that my subscription was automatically renewed for $73 the following month without my consent.

Upon contacting HitPaw to cancel the subscription, as I did not want it and had not used their program, HitPaw refused my request. They cited their Rules and Conditions, stating that they do not accept this reason for issuing a refund. Essentially, this indicates that if you fail to cancel your previous subscription, HitPaw will exploit this to its advantage and take your money against your wishes.

This conduct is unacceptable for any reputable company. The foundation of providing any service should be based on customer acceptance and satisfaction. I caution you against doing business with HitPaw, given their manipulative tactics.

The Ai video upscaling in this app is amazing, great options and fantastic output. Customer service goes above and beyond to solve any issues you may have. I've had no software issues, but they quickly corrected an issue with licensing caused on my end, but they solved it quickly and got me back up and running right away.

The first time I used it, I had a problem with the app, but the support team solved the problem in a really caring way. The problem was solved, and when I tried the program, I took care of my download without any problems. The friendliness of customer service definitely plays an important role when making a choice.
