Only this exchange has managed to keep my attention over the years. This was facilitated by the attractive conditions for transactions, and the excellent work of the platform itself, thanks to which transactions didn't take much time. Nice friendly service that immediately endeared me. Since then, I only buy and exchange coins here
Without long preambles, I can say that everything is good on the whole. Easy to read and understandable dashboard, financial transactions do not cause problems. However, some things could be better. For example, to make it so that you do not have to wait for a long time for a response from technical support. If you have so many requests, then hire more people.
Hello everybody. This is not my first year in the crypto environment and from time to time I have to change exchanges for various reasons. Hitbtc turned out to be the next exchange I switched to and I can say that having experience with other services, I can praise this one. When buying or selling cryptocurrencies, difficulties can often arise, but this hasn't been observed here for months. Calls to technical support were considered in a short time, which allowed me to quickly solve problems. The exchange operates on clear and transparent terms, which is good news.

For the most part, the exchange is normal. I use it at times and buy/sell coins. Transaction times are reasonable, rates are not bad. A couple of times there were delays in the withdrawal of coins, but we were able to solve it pretty quickly. And yet it isn't perfect and needs some work, so only 4/5. You can use it but not always comfortable and convenient.
It's just a great platform. Hitbtc is doing a lot, improving service and quality of work. This is already noticeable because I often use it. Compared to my first experience here, the current Hitbtc is what it always had to be. An exemplary exchange doing its job properly.

The best support I've ever seen. Hitbtc has proven to be a worthy cryptocurrency exchange, offering fair commissions and excellent support. This is the fastest way to buy bitcoin in my opinion. The service treats the client well. My only complaint was the long KYC progress. After all, a day of waiting is a bit too much.
I've been using HITBTC for more than 8 months, having bought quite a lot of cryptocurrencies of various kinds of value. One of the cheapest exchanges and certainly the best for me.
Lost 50% of my profit just because these mf's went short with our Dogecoins, and in order not to lose money just put the exchange rate 50% lower and blocked the withdrawals. Never use this stock exchange if you don't want to lose money. It's already blocked for a month and support is ignoring me for 3 weeks already. This is why I had to sell my doges by the price of 27 cents, while in the whole world the price was almost 60.
