I had ordered an outfit in a size large, but found that it was actually a bit too large. While it was nice to discover that I needed a size smaller, I worried about the often-irritating process of returning an item. However, your rep could not have been easier to work with, and in just a few minutes my return was authorized and a smaller size was on it's way to me.

The outfit that I bought was a big hit at the party. The handlebar mustache was the real winner. Everyone wanted me to be in their pictures. I am glad I found the website and the deliver was on time.

Had sizing problems. Customer service sent replacement immediately, before I even returned the misordered product.

Customer service was excellent. Received order within a few days, vest was wrong size, ordered a larger size and returned the small one. The shiping times were excellent as were the return to refund times. Will defiantely order again.

This is my fourth vest that I have purchased. I like all of the vest but I do wish they were a little longer as I am long waisted and some of them are a little shorter than I like. Good quality.
