I initially ordered the wrong size compression belt, and wrote to customer service to ask if I could do an exchange. When I heard not back (AFTER TWO WEEKS) I wrote customer service once again... AND STILL NOTHING! "HORRIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL" customer service.
