I like the selection in this store, the quality of the items is good, the website is easy to use, ordering is easy and delivery is on time.
They long underwear I ordered was much too big so I wanted to exchange it. I guess I've gotten used to other sites where there's no shipping charge for exchanges. I paid to ship it back and purchased the new size. Wonderfully soft Cottonique underwater is fantastic

The backside of each waist band was chaffed with a slight cut. Someone was not quality control aware. They do shrink. After laundering, the mid rise briefs were too scant for me. The full rise came out about right. Size is fine.
I was informed about delays for the delivery in a timely manner.
