HireArt helped me tremendously when starting my new job. They made sure to email me and remind me of all the paperwork work that I needed to fill out, what it was for, and when it needed to be filled out by. This helped clear some brain space for me to just focus on my new job and was very very helpful to my overall experience. They also we're friendly, punctual, and flexible to my new schedule. Thanks HireArt!
My experience with HireArt has been great! The video interview process was easy and convenient, and Brittney was always quick to respond to any questions I had during the hiring process. Once hired Shalom was super helpful in negotiating my pay rate, as well as during the onboarding process in walking me through benefits, pay, and any other questions I had. All of this was despite being all the way on the other side of the country (SF-NYC). I would definitely recommend HireArt to anyone looking for contractual employment.
From my initial application to interviewing to getting hired to getting paid - HireArt has shown excellent care for me within the process and their web-based process makes it all simple and easy. HireArt worked greatly with me in getting hired and doing what they could to ensure I was signing on to a great employment fit. Since being hired, someone from the HireArt team checks in with me and the new job every so often which I truly appreciate. I would definitely recommend HireArt to anyone looking for employment.
The hiring process, from application to the first day of work, took about 2 months. Not sure if that timeline is typical of the average Hireart experience, but I thought my timeline was unusually long. In either event, the team at Hireart is super supportive and open to helping out. They checked in with me and responded to my follow up emails in a way that made me feel welcome. In addition, I experienced much more engagement from prospective employers on Hireart's platform than I did on other sites.
Hireart is a caring and helpful contracting company
The handlers are always there for any needs and promote job security/other offers
Quick and easy applications and from an HR standpoint, pretty solid
Pro's:
1. Excellent support: instant and thorough
2. Easy to access and use online portal
Con's:
1. Bare legal minimum benefits
2. No 401K contributions
3. No paid holidays (when company you have contract with is closed for holidays you loose pay)
4. Unused PTO zero's out at the end of year without roll over or reimbursement.
My experience with HireArt has been nothing but positive, prompt and efficient. I highly recommend working with them and their professional and accommodating staff. They were great in assisting with the hiring and settling in process at my new job and I am super thankful to them for that!
Contract work was a new experience for me but the HireArt team did a fantastic job of walking me through the process and placing me in a role that had exceeded all expectations.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with hireart. Emails have always been handled with the upmost diligence and my questions are always answered.
After going through a lengthy job search, Jordan, Shalom, and everyone at Hireart helped get me back on track. First, they got me hired within a week. Then, they were proactive about sending me more contact-based work that fit my interests, and I've been hired two more times at companies I enjoy working with.
Throughout the process, they never let my applications fall through the cracks, they advocated for me during the interview process, and never kept my in the dark. I'd highly recommend getting in touch with Hireart if you're looking for work.
Great company, my only drawback is that I'm not yet able to split my paycheck into multiple accounts
I have never attempted to get a job through a third party. However, working through Hireart has been great! They are super helpful and resourceful. During my first job placement, I decided it wasn't the best for me and Hireart trusted my decision, and help place me somewhere else! They even offer benefits and other perks! No regrets, this experience over the last year has been wonderful.
Very communicative! I have liked everyone I ever talked to at HireArt (not very many but they've all been good).
HireArt is a great company where clear and prompt communication, constant updates and regular check ins make a big difference. As all the above mentioned does not make me feel like part of a head count, I feel part of the company and valued as an employee working an assignment at another great company. I highly recommend HireArt, the hiring process is smooth, and again, I value communication and HireArt is on top of it. Great experience.
HireArt is a great company to work with - they're very forward and friendly and want to give you outstanding opportunities for growth. I highly recommend applying for jobs within HireArt!
I have done plenty of tech contract work, but my experience with HireArt has been remarkably smooth, and the team has been exceptionally attentive and responsive. My assignment has been an amazing experience, and the small things, like expenses and submitting my hours are easier with HireArt than with any other company I've worked with. They check in with me frequently to see how I'm adjusting, and they seem to genuinely put my success first. I would enthusiastically recommend HireArt to just about anyone looking for contract work.
HireArt has done a great job at reminding me they value me for the skills I bring to their workforce. They offer support but also let me do my own thing.
I haven't needed much from them, but they are warm and proactive. I would recommend them.
Hireart is a great company to work for. They are very easy to contact and make the hiring process super easy. They also let you enroll in medical and commuter benefit programs.
Hugely grateful for all the help and guidance I received from HireArt during the interview process as well as after starting work.
I've gotten the same level of commitment and support pre-hire as post and have yet to have an unpleasant interaction from anyone on the HireArt team.
My experience was flawless with HireArt, but nothing could be pitch perfect ofcourse. One request is to lower the amount of commision you are charging the employees. Example, You take $5 per hour every week. The company I work for pays a rate of $22/hour, what I receive is $17. $5 and hour for every employee is a bit exaggerated and I request to lower the commission rate you take. Anyhow, everything other than that is amazing and going well.
Answer: They take a certain amount of time but the actual companies take longer. It took about a week to get the green check from HireArt directly after applications but to get the actual interviews from the companies took around month to two months to continue the process after.
Answer: They are legit. After you get screened with the video interviews and questions, if they feel like you're a good applicant your application will get pushed through to the employer. Then the employer will have a choice of whether or not they want to interview you to move forward. I was given a phone screen with the actual employer then on-site interviews after. If they want you after that they will extend an offer to HireArt which will then extend the offer to you. The reason why none of the avatars have a face or only one review is because people like me don't use this website but want to write something because of how awesome this company is. If you don't want to believe the reviews, that's on you.
