Got the handgun went to range, not one round fire it had the wrong firing pin, it would not hit the primer.
I know that the fault is on Colt, but Hinterland should make sure that Colt send them first quality handgun, at least texted weapons.
Colt should make sure there weapons shot before they send them out.
This is all on Colt but make Hinterland look bad.

Since many FFL holders are already listed with Hinterland there is not a lot of paper shuffling going on making a far better experience to shop rather than to/from emails trying to get the proper paperwork sent. Everything that we sell is brand-new-in-the-box; nothing is ever used or even handled by anyone.
While we do inspect all firearms prior to shipment for obvious physical defects, we of course do not fire them and could not possibly be aware of manufacturing defects with the firing mechanism.
Colt does test fire every firearm as part of the manufacturing process, but sometimes products are unfortunately defective from the factory and issues may be missed. This occurs with all products and all manufacturers, which is why a manucturer's warranty exists between the end-user and the manufacturer.
Any defects or issues with the firearm will be covered for repair or replacement under this manufacturer's warranty directly with Colt.
You will want to contact them directly - Colt is usually great to work with, but if you should run into any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance in dealing with them.
