I purchased a new Browning A5 shotgun from Hinterland Outfitters, and couldn't be any happier. From start to finish, everything involved in the transaction went as smooth as one could hope for. The pricing is excellent, as well as the service. Top notch company.
I ordered and paid for an H&K 9mm handgun plus two boxes of ammo. The ammo was delivered to my residence within a few days. I found a local dealer (with an FFl) who agreed to the transfer and within a few days my handgun arrived at that dealer, I waited the lawful duration(10 days) and picked up my handgun. Hinterland Outfitters kept me up to date on the complete transaction and I don't think any dealer could have exceeded how smooth the complete deal went! I am very HAPPY with their service!

Overall extremely pleased with the Hinterland Outfitters site nearly hassle-free experience especially compared with other online sites and brokers. As well as hinterlands overall very competitive prices. The only negative was that there was a problem with my rifles barrel and magazine being loose when my FFL dealer received it. Though they're gunsmiths attempted to correct it is still an issue that I will have to find a way to deal with on my own. I don't know where the problem occurred hinterland, the manufacturer or the shipping process, but be aware. However other than that fairly minor issue I am very satisfied with my firearm purchase. I am also overall very satisfied with Hinterland Outfitters and would strongly recommend them to others. So much so that I have just purchased another fire arm through them. I will report again on its condition.

I'll give the folks at hinterland a gold star. The service that they give is spot on. The Century Arms Coach Gun that I purchased is questionable. I'm not impressed at all with the fit and finish. There was rust coming from the shotgun when I was cleaning it for the first firing. As I cleaned it there is bare metal from the sling being attached. I know that we get what we pay for, and this Made In China firearm brings that to light brightly!

The purchase I made was my third handgun from them. The price was right, the shipping was quick, the shipping price was more than fair and they send email updates every step of the way. Once they have the FFL, they Keep it on file and all you need is a note in the instructions stating you are using the same one again.
