I recently bought a pair of Kinera Baldr IEMs from HiFIGo and have found the service to be truly exceptional. The website is very informative and includes numerous photos and videos describing the product. All outstanding queries that I had were promptly answered by customer support(via Facebook Messenger). Shipping(FedEx) was quicker than expected and I found the IEMs to be very well packed for shipping. Highly recommended.

Bought a Fiio BTR 5 from them because Amazon was out of stock. Let's just say there were some shipping issues due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After it was assumed that the first one was "Lost in Translation" they shipped me a second one which arrived in an appropriate amount of time. Of course, 2 days after the second arrived the first one showed up. During this ordeal, the customer service team was very diligent in responding to my inquiries quickly. I eventually bought the second unit that they offered at a discount for my troubles which I will probably sell to one of my coworkers.

I recently ordered the Moondrop Blessings 2 iem from Hifigo. As expected due to the current pandemic, there are supply shortages for the widely popular new iem. The customer service representatives at Hifigo kept me updated on any new developments and kept in contact with me throughout the process. I was amazed at the speed at which they replied to my email inquiries. Superb customer service and I would definitely recommend Hifigo for any audiophile needs!

I ordered the Topping E30, unfortunately the product got stuck in the customs after reaching Canada. I had no hope of getting it back but HiFiGo sent me a new one through FedEx without any charge. This is not something I expected since they are not bound to send me one and it got stuck in the border services. I am very pleased with the service and thankful too.

As for the product, I was already getting good sound through my HD800S headset and Cambridge Dac Magic Plus DAC and JDS lab atom amplifier, thought of upgrading the DAC and did not expect much improvement but I was wrong, listening to Killing Me Softly by Roberta Flack, the soundstage seemed to increase considerably in size. The voices of the other women seemed to fill up a large stage in which she was singing. Also Helium by Sia, it seemed I could hear the background voices much more clearly with this DAC.

I loved the service and the product too.

I bought the Fiio M11 Pro Stainless Steel Limited Edition high-resolution audio player from Hifigo and they entertained all my customization requests extremely cordially and shipped it much faster than imaginable. I received it within a week even during the pandemic times, and this is a testament to how amazing their service is. Nor only that, their communication was so nice and polite that I feel like I have made some new friends. I would go so far as to say that I would buy from them even if something is available locally because of their cordial nature, amazing customer service, super fast shipping and the courtesy to stand behind their customers. Excellent job Hifigo! Not only you have earned my respect but also an avid fan in me.

I have purchased a Cayin E02 DAC board from HifiGo, with the Priority shipping service. The parcel took 16 days to arrive, the tracking info seemed to be stuck so I wrote to the customer service, they assured me that the parcel would arrive and that in any case they would follow the tracking of my parcel. Few days after I got my purchase! Very well packed. I am completely satisfied with them.

5 stars rating to HiFiGo they shiped the device quick and communication with them over email was straight forward (I was getting worry at one point with the shipment due to the current situation but their feedback calmed me down). The product arrived in good conditons (shipped with GLS in Romania), the packaging was ok and the product was sealed. I'm happy with their service.

I´m very pleased. The earbuds was not working. The whole process from my initial contact with the support all the way to the end (receiving) the refund for my return shipment was incredibly good!
Also since I live in Sweden I´m surprised that I got the earbuds so quick, but also that they got returned so quick and the refund.
Very pleased even though the product did not work.

Few web stores have the attention to send pictures of the product you are buying, have the time to go through details about the purchase or even get something that is not listed, the guys at hifigo have always break the mold and do an extraordinary job at doing that and more, first purchase was amazing and right now I'm on my 3rd, excellent service, excellent timing and excellent customer service. 100% recommended
