A truly horrific company, with non-existent customer service. An email that gets unanswered or one of those inane WhatsApp bots. Why bother choosing your own pickup point? They change it anyway. And only 48 hours to get a package. And god forbid you have mobility issues, you need to take a taxi. I don't think I have ever truly hated a delivery company more. When I order from overseas and see the LMC is HFD, I cringe!
