Worst service ever! After a year of dealing with constant issues, Heyy online arranged a meeting with us, claiming we needed to sign a form for "small changes" to our website. In reality, this was a deceptive attempt to extend our contract without properly informing us.

Despite making all payments on time for over a year, we finally decided to switch suppliers due to their unprofessionalism and poor service. In response, they wrongfully pulled additional funds from us, claiming we owed a cancellation fee, all while being extremely rude throughout the process.

To make matters worse, they then hijacked our domain—blocking our access to emails and our website. Our emails were originally purchased through GoDaddy and belong to us, yet because they used our domain for the website, they unethically restricted our access, disrupting our business.

This company operates with zero integrity! Initially, they asked us to write a review for them in exchange for a review—completely unethical behavior.

This company operates with deceptive practices and terrible customer service. If you value honesty and professionalism, stay far away! 🚨
