I signed up for HeyGen expecting a simple monthly charge, nothing fancy. Instead, my card got hit with way bigger amounts that I never agreed to. I barely used the tool, so seeing those charges was honestly shocking. There's no clear breakdown, no easy way to add or manage credits, and no real person to reach out to when something goes wrong. It just feels messy and stressful, like you're left on your own to figure it out. I'm canceling and finding another option because this completely broke my trust.
