Two out of the 4 bras I ordered I kept. Wish I didn't have to pay for return postage. How else am I going to find the right bra if I don't try them on and return the ones that don't work?

I used their recommendations on fit for buying a new brand of brand was pretty happy with the fit. Its nice being able to order the right size instead of multiple sizes of the same item.
Products ordered do not fit and I would like to return them. I initially wanted to exchange them but I have still not received the larger size I requested. I would now like to return them for credit.
I tried it on once at home and immediately placed it back in envelope to return. You sent me a letter saying it was stained and would not refund me for it. What a bunch of BS.

I ordered 6 pairs of size 7 panties. Although they were marked size 7, one pair was enormous, clearly not a size 7!

I am always looking for 100% silk or 100% cotton bras/bralettes and panties. These are more and more difficult to find - especially from an American company. Several other retailers where I have previously purchased lingerie no longer carry these items. Happily, Her Room still does and I am hoping they will expand these lovely items. They are much more comfortable than synthetic products so close to your skin.
