I was not very pleased with the delays caused by the cheap hand off to USPS from DHL. The garments seem to be of good quality but finding the correct size and preferred colors was a challenge.

Hello Barbara - We are sorry you are telling us about this over a month after our tracking says it arrived. Our recoreds show your order shipped out July 6th and arrived in your mailbox on July 12th. Please also note that you ordered through WalMart. We have no communication from you other than your posting of this negative review. I hope this answers your question.

Lots of choices, plenty of info, fastest delivery ever
Shopping at HerRoom for bras and panties has been such a pleasure. With the varied selection and price has made it easier for me to pick and choose the item I want and to have them sent to me in a timely manner. I like that Her Room lets you know up front that the item picked is backorder with an date to be available. Any items you receive and you're not satisfied with you can return without any problem. If you ask for a refund or an exchange it is done in a timely manner. I very much like shopping at HerRoom.
Their sizing is off, they don't respond to customer issues, they don't allow you to cancel back orders and they charge you for returns. Buy elsewhere!
Hello Dora - I have scoured our customer history and there are no emails, phone calls or texts from you to us. I see you placed your first and only order with us back in June for 3 bras, and they all shipped out the following day to you. You never had any back-ordered items with us. We always allow back orders to be canceled. So, I am quite baffled by your negative review here.

Ordered through Amazon and was delivered within a few days. It was the exact bra that I could buy in large department store but cost less and received faster.

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard. Answer: Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.
