Problem with SHORT STRAPS on my $125.00 swimsuit. Called customer service TWICE. No feed back from higher ups. I even exchanged for a BIGGER SIZE, thinking that was the problem. NOPE, SAME LENGTH STRAPS ON BOTH SWIMSUITS!

I wear a size 10 dress, but my measurements are much larger than those listed for size 10. Going with the L size that matches my waist and hip sizes, though I have NEVER worn a size 16 dress in my life!

I find shopping on with HerRoom a breeze. I was dubious about buying a bra online. But my returns have been dealt with prompt attention. I am very satisfied with the products and customer care.
I have been a 34DD for over 30 yrs. Every single bra I have is a 34DD and all fit me well. This particular style is definitely not sized correctly. I could barely fasten it on the loosest hook and eye. Very uncomfortable so I will have to return which costs me in shipping. I find this unfair considering the item is not sized correctly. Very disappointed.

The briefs I ordered ran too small for the size. I had to order the next size up and return the others. I have received the next size up, but no reply on the ones I returned.

Hello Jeanenne - Your sale swimsuit is a strapless swimsuit with additional straps. Larger sizes do not mean longer straps. Ou rrecords show you called twice and were spoken to along with having multiple emails sent. You are returning the second suit and will receive a refund.
