Please please do not buy anything from these people. Very badly tailored clothes, sizes all over the place, sub standard materials used, appalling customer service, practically non existent, refunds are refused even though you send them pictures explaining all that is wrong with what you received! I don't think they should be allowed to trade! After a while of e mailing and them just replying in single sentences, they block your e mail and you can no longer speak to them! It is appalling that they are allowed to trade and keep ripping people off!

I dressed it as if I had a Spacesuit, to take my flight into the cosmos, in a word: the miracle in feathers. How I fooled and bought from this site, I don't know, as most would ask. Their business goes uphill, but customers are very dissatisfied! We have business with some psychopaths or mobsters that steal our money and nerves. The question is, how long are they keep working and don't stop by anyone, how long does it take, mislead customers with "fantastic dresses"? People open your eyes, don't be fooled by "Chinese designers"from the factory of scam.

If the dress you bought looks nothing like what you ordered get a CHARGEBACK with your creditcard.
It is a bit of hassle, you need to provide printed emails with all your complaints to herdress and their responses and then possibly send them links to review sites to bolster your case.

Trustpilot is another site with plenty of disgruntled herdress customers.

Have twin girls ordered one dress from them, needs a few alterations but on the wholesale lovely dress. So we ordered a dress for my other daughter. Cheap! Wrong colour! Beads hanging off! Complained and was offered a 6% refund what a joke. Cost over £125 + £28 shipping. Save your money it's a lottery with this company don't risk it. Wish I looked at the independent reviews first as most say the same, all lost money on a dress they can't wear.

Bought a dress thinking well it's a reasonable price for the dress adorned by "Their so called model" This dress was for my daughter who's prom is looming at the end of June. It eventually arrived and with excitement we opened the flimsy package to discover, 'Lilac coloured, not cream as on model' cheaply sequinned extra long, hard like cardboard bodice' dress. I contacted HerDress to get a returns form. Well thats when i realised I was dealing with charlatans. I have had excuse after excuse, saying that our photographic evidence is not good enough. Who are these people? Be careful.

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I ordered two standard size bridesmaid dresses costing £128 which included £23 postage. The dresses arrived within timeframe stated and my girls were so excited to receive them. However, the colour was not as stated and the dresses were made appallingly. My tailor who has over 40 years experience could not believe the bad workmanship. The dresses looked nothing like the picture. When I complained and asked for a refund, Herdress simply replied time and time again for me to take them to a local tailor for "alteration". My tailor commented that the dresses could not be altered to fit my children and that they would need completely taken apart and started again, which defeated the object. Herdress did not offer any return/refund and have refused to answer any communication now. Terrible company and a complete rip off.

Avoid this company like the plague----not to be trusted; their service, customer service-returns and refunds, flexibility, knowledge and accountability DO NOT EXIST. They do not adhere to their own policies and the customer does not matter. They ruin dreams and expect the customer to be grateful for the terrible service they supply. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter. We decided to order using our own measurements. When the dress was due to be delivered I received a text from DHL stating I had to pay import tax as the company from Singapore had not paid this and had put the onus on me to pay. Obviously I had to pay up in order to get the dress delivered and assuming all would be perfect with the made to measure dress... or so I assumed. Here is the reality - The dress arrived in a plastic bag, offering no protection at all. Flaw in the material, right at the front, so highly noticeable. Lining sewn poorly, which makes it ruffled under the main dress. A red bead used by mistake when the dress was supposed to be all silver beads, so this stands out like a sore thumb. I contacted them and was told " we suggest you keep the dress and forget about the subtle error of the dress, since all dresses are hand-made, it is inevitable that some tiny difference will be made during the process of tailoring". Refused to refund. I have lodged a complaint with my bank as fortunately I paid using a credit card. Not sure whether they can claim anything back, I am waiting to find out what happens from here. So be warned and DO NOT RISK IT. Use a reputable, well known UK company unless you want to throw away approx. £150, which is the average cost of dress with delivery.

These people are scammers and criminals. They will sell you a terrible product in the wrong size, and refuse to give you a refund under any circumstances.

They have stolen £100 from me. They sent me a dress with different measurements to the ones I ordered, and I sent them proof that they had done so. They refused to refund and gave me no reason, even though they state in their returns policy that this is a legitimate reason for a refund.

Aside from them sending the wrong size, the actual dress is terrible quality and looks nothing like the picture.

This criminal company need to be shut down. AVOID THEM.

I ordered the beautiful A-Line princess high neck chiffion dress from Herdress, in January 2017, for a dinner Dance 10th March ( next week) I orderd a size 14 even though I am a size 12/14, I have orderd many even dresses on line 3 from one company that fit perfectly. But when this dress arrived, i must say it was made Beautifuly. Nothing wrong with the quolity of the dress, but It fits around the waist perfect, but it will not zip up the back there is about a 4' gap. When I measured the Bust it is 34' on there web page and on my orderd form it should be a 36.5 bust, But after sending a total of 9 emails over the whole week, the first reply was from a Kris, the Second from a Cherry, the third cherry, the 4th Anna, (5) Andrew (6) Kris (7) Maggie (8) Anna again, there seems to be no consistence with dealing with a complaint, no one person as you would think is deling with a complaint, They said could I send photos, so I put the dress on and sent them photos, I also sent photos of a size 12 and 14 other cumpanys have made for me, I delibretly orderd a biger size as you can always take in in but if its to small there is nothing you can do, There exact words in there reply was Dress was the size you ordered but does not fit ( BUT IT WAS NOT THE SIZE I ORDERD) ALSO MAY I know what your actual sizes of bust hip waist are. What difference will that make, you sent a smaller dress than was ordered. I think the icing on the cake was a reply from them "it is standard size dress, so it might not fit you well somewhere, please make fixing in Local if possible " I could only just undrstand that message. I am now puting it in the Hands of my Bank. But I really wish I had looked at the reviews before I bough from the. There is No Return Note when you recive the Dress, and They will not give you a Return Address.
