I have had nothing but great service and products in my dealings with Monterey Bay. Prices have been going up steadily but are higher than my other suppliers by a good percentage.

This is my go to place. I love the selection. They usually have everything I need. Absolutely Great.
Sadly I guess the average customer must want loose leaf tea. We love the tea quality but really hate the inexact nature of measuring tea out each time. Looks like we'll have to go where we belong with the ignorant who buy overpriced poor quality tea elsewhere that's found in bags.
I've been shopping here for years. The only downside is that you can't get free shipping on a typical household sized order.

Will continue to use Monterrey Bay for our herb needs. We've ordered 11 different and each one has been high quality. Their prices are very reasonable and shipping is fast.
Consistent service, extremely fast shipping, good availability of inventory, mostly consistent product from batch to batch, sometimes there's variability which is frustrating, but I am not sure if it's possible to attain greater consistency, or at least, I haven't seen better. Of course, they have the best pricing so that's a no-brainer.
I order a lot from Herbco for the chocolate company I work for. We always receive great quality ingredients at a great affordable price. The quality is always 10/10 and every order I've made shipped fast.
