It is easy to shop and check out. The price of shipping is high though for only two items at 1 lb each. The bags were much bigger than I expected and I greatly appreciate that. The roses are not whole enough to use for decorating as the description claims. They are great for salve making, but are dried and therefore more petal pieces than big whole flowers.
I will order again in the future.

I have just started my ordering with Monterey bay herb co. The website was easy to navigate and purchasing was easy. I received my order very quickly. I was actually quite pleased with how quickly my order was delivered. I will definitely be utilizing your company in my own business.
On June 1st I placed an order with this company. Later when I checked my email I saw that they'd left me a message telling me to complete my order. Since it was after hours I decided to reorder the same items. The first order came to $69.77. The second order came to $71.85. I didn't understand the price discrepancy. Well, when I checked with my bank on a different matter the subject of transactions came up
My bank listed two transactions not one so I knew something was up. I called Monterey Bay Herb Co. To ask them for a return shipping label so that I could return one of the packages. They refused. They conned me. The shipping is outrageous. Caveat Emptor. RIPOFF!
It was somewhat easier than I thought it would be. Although the shipping was somewhat steep.

HerbCo is a very good company. I can always trust their service, shipping, above all product quality.
It would be perfect if they offered flat rate shipping. People need to be able to budget, tightly, so a 10.95 fee, or 10 dollar handling...or twist the carrier's arm for a better contract. They do listen...at least try for lower contract rates and pass savings on to your patrons. That's what we did and our business increased even more.
