I rarely have a problem with a shipment, and I order at least monthly. The product is always top quality. But when something goes wrong, it's usually a shipping problem and the CS rep is on top of it.
I order several times from Herb Co. And was happy until I received a order of Motherwort wherein it contained more stems than leaves. At first I brushed it off to a 'one off' until I ordered a pound of Mugwort where in I had to pick huge pieces of stems out of the leaves before it could be used for teas. As a herbalist, I now use Herb Co. As a last resort instead of prime provider for herbs.
I have always been satisfied with the service and quality of the herbs. Other than the shipping costs I have no complaints. However, I do receive my products within a week so, in the end one balances the other. As a small business owner, costs are of a concern but, quality is the deciding factor as I refuse to offer sub-par products to my customers. I have used other bulk herb suppliers and NONE, I MEAN NONE can match the price and quality of MBHC. Great job guys!

The shipping is way too high. Will check out other companies for better shipping. Wanted more products but…….got way too pricey. This site was recommended….that's why I tried it.

Very happy with how fast the herbs arrive after ordering. I do wish there wasn't a 5lb limit on the shipping for the flat rate though, anything outside of that, the shipping to Alaska is very expensive.
I cook a lot of indian food and love novelty teas, so I bought some bulk spices and teas so I didn't have to keep stocking up at the local stores. The delivery was Way faster than I anticipated, and all of the spices are great!
This company is very easy to work with and provides quality products. When I had a slight issue with something I received they were quick to fix it and make sure all was well. I will be buying from them again for sure!
