Herbco Manager Tina Verutti doesn't have intentions on replacing or refunding like the other herbal company's do. Now I have to throw away herbs & money then buy more at another company. Sad Times

I purchased the item on 10/18 & it was shipped on 10/21 & i received it 10/25. Overall, it took about a week to receive the item. I was very happy with the quick shipping since I was very excited to try the power. I am also happy i received discount code as first time customer. The powder was securely sealed in the box.
