It was confusing when I was on the product page but there was no button with which to add the item to my shoppin cart. Tried to figure it out for quite some time and was about to give up when I accidently came across the order form and was able to place an order. I think if you would allow customers to add a products to their carts from the product page, you might not lose as many customers. Overall, though, once I finally figured out how to order, my experience with your company was goid.
