Everything was great. Shipping took longer because U{PS had to put on a train becvause of the snowstorms, and it took two days longer and it disappeared while it was on the train, but that had nothing to do with you.

The order came suprisingly fast,but considering I'm only 500 miles from them I wouldn't expect it to be more, but happy it came within a week of my order. I use the Jiaogulan powder for my laminitic IR horse. It does help and the pricing here is much more fair than several other places I looked. I'm happy as long as it helps my beloved horse!
