The institute failed to deliver on its promises, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with the overall quality of training. Despite my high expectations and the considerable investment I made in enrolling in your courses, the experience has been far away from satisfactory.

The institute's scheduling and management of classes were a disaster. There were frequent cancellations, rescheduling, and last-minute changes, causing a significant inconvenience to the students. Since enrolling myself in Madcap Flare classes over 3 months ago, not even one class has been taken. It became increasingly clear that organization and respect for students' time were not priorities for the institute.

I hope the institute takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better learning experience.
