I am a first-time buyer on Henri Bendel and from start, to finish it was pleasantly easy to purchase my item. The site is very user-friendly and any questions I had customer service was able to answer quickly. The bag I purchased is a bridal shower gift and I had it monogrammed as well as gift wrapped.
