Worst stitching was at fit badly made terrible shocking made in china. This wasn't in the description of this item horrible not even worth 0.1p
You're better off purchasing from Lulu's. Hello Molly prices are over priced. You can get the exact same item or similar from Amazon and Shein for much less.
Also the fact that their return policy sucks. They don't reimburse you back. You ONLY receive store credit. Pretty much stealing from you.
Why would I want to return an item I don't like to receive store credit, forcing me to buy another item/dress to use my credit. Odds are I will not like the second item I purchase since Hello Molly lacks quality.
I ordered a dress for my day and didn't realize that Hello Molly does not refund returns. I sent the dress back and received an email stating that I have funds to shop. Site says to check out as a guest, not express check out. I did this multiple times and the transaction continues to default to shop pay without my credit as promised.
4 msgs later and no response from Hello Molly. The took my money, took the dress back and now I am out $70.!
They do not accept returns, which is totally bs. Their clothing does not fit as described or shown. I will never shop at this website again. You also have to pay $10 for a shipping label. This is poor customer service as a company. Do not shop here.
I've ordered a few times from Hello Molly because they only issue store credit (and charge you return shipping each time) and I got stuck in a vicious cycle because their clothes are extremely low quality. I've gotten better stuff from Shein. The last order I placed has no delivery ETA and has been floating around with USPS for almost a month now. Btw, they also use the cheapest method of shipping so be warned. I reached out to customer service and they told me to follow up with USPS rather than send a replacement order or issue another awful round of store credit. I've never had a company tell me it's my problem when the order they shipped gets lost.
To add salt to the wound, they rented a yacht last week to throw a party for their coveted "influencers" and have been posting on Instagram nonstop about it. So instead of issuing customers their own money for returns or even simply sending a replacement order that probably cost them $14 to buy from the same company that manufactures for Shein, that's absurd. That is TERRIBLE company policy if they want to exist long term. All these reviews complain about the same issues over and over and the owners don't seem to care. Sorry guys, you won't be getting a cent from HM because they need it for their fancy yacht rentals.
I ordered two dresses--mind you they are not cheap at $90 a piece. They looked lovely on the website/models; however, what I received in the mail was much different than what was advertised. I am usually a size medium or large. I ordered both dresses in large to be safe, but they were still both incredibly too small and wouldn't even zip. They were clearly poorly made with cheap fabric, sloppy stitching, and strings hanging off the dresses. Then when I went to return I saw that they only accept store credit. I couldn't exchange or even use the store credit because I got their largest size, which still didn't fit. Poor customer service as well, but after going back and forth I did eventually get a refund instead of store credit. All in all, AVOID SHOPPING HERE! Overpriced and poor quality.
Ordered from Hello Molly and when my items finally arrived, I had to pay an additional $93 in customs when I went to pick up the package. Nowhere on their payment page, shopping cart page, or in the order processed email does it tell me that that may happen, so I was completely taken by surprise. Apparently the only place this is written is on the shipping page, which can only be found at the very bottom of the main page, and at the bottom of the shipping page, it says customs may be added. It does not tell you how much customs may be.
They also charge a ton of money for these dresses, and one of them has sparkles and little pieces of glitter coming off of it non-stop, as soon as I took it out of the bag. The other one is a completely different color than the photo on the website. And apparently they don't do returns, and you have to pay for shipping, even if the item arrives faulty. Not impressed at all. Scummy company.
I ordered 4 dresses. A black tulle one, a white tulle, a floral dress and a black satin dress. Every single dress was poor quality. I chose not to return the items because you only receive a store credit and I would never order another item from this seller.
I know I should have read the reviews first but I did not. I ordered a large in every size because these cheap sites usually work that way. 100% of what I ordered was too small. One dress was covered in glitter which is all over my house now. The best part is they only issue store credit for returns. I would never purchase anything else from this company but now I'm stuck. Hello Molly is a complete scam, I would not order from them. You can find the exact same clothing in other stores that likely offer returns, like Amazon for example. I learned a lesson for sure.
The dresses were poor quality and one of them was damaged. My package was over valued by $100 so I had to pay over $70 in duties for two dresses. (They wrote $295 on the package instead of $195)
Even if you're returning due to damage, you have to pay for your own shipping if you live outside of the US or Australia. That cost me $50. I debated whether it was even worth returning vs. selling the dresses, but I returned anyways.
I did receive a timely refund though which I appreciated. However I'm still out $120 ($70 in duties and $50 in return shipping).
I ordered over $500 worth of items, have of them arrived damaged and the other half are poor quality and cheap. There customer service is extremely slow and they don't offer money back. I am still waiting to be able to return these items to receive store credit to get more crappy clothes
Purchased 4 dresses, received them this week. The dresses are paper thin, cheap quality and the tags say made in China. For the price, definitely not worth it!

The dress is as smaller and shorter than the website size chart provided. It would not allow me to return the bra that was purchased to go with the dress, and also charges for returns. Will not order or ship from this site again.
This is a major buyer beware, I have never had such a terrible experience with a company. I found multiple dresses on Hello Molly's website and before I bought I looked at the return policy. It's $9.50 to return your purchase so I bought multiple dresses and they all were terrible quality and didn't fit well. I went to return the dresses where I was stunned to find out their return policy ONLY allows for store credit.
Now I'm stuck with $400 of store credit at a store that only sells expensive fast fashion with cheap quality. Lesson learned - start at Amazon for a dress that's half the price.

Dress was not As described, poor quality, not true to size sizing and they charged me $10 to return it.
For starters all their quality is terrible. These same dresses can be found on Amazon or even Shein for a fraction of the price. Their sizing is all over the place as well. What really makes this company terrible is their returns department. I sent four dresses back six weeks ago. I've emailed five times to see if anyone can confirm where my returns are since I haven't seen a credit come through and it's close to $400. I got a response initially that said it takes 10 business days to process. This response made no sense as the whole reason I emailed was because it had been way more than 10 business days. I've emailed three separate times since then trying to get ahold of someone and I get nothing. They essentially stole hundreds of dollars from me and now won't reply to my inquiries. I'd never order from here again.
I ordered accidentally a large order because I thought it was a company I order from a long time ago. I got it and the quality is comparable to cheap doll clothing. Don't order the return policy is get store credit. That's usually sketchy.
