Hello Fresh are underhanded in their business practices.

They should rely on great products, not unethical, deceitful behaviour.

They have lost a regular, loyal customer and I will make sure that I do not buy products from brands associated with them.

A bit expensive. Most meals have been good. The fruits and veggies turn soft really quickly. So far we like it.

Stay away from this not Fresh scam company.

Horrible customer care and service.
Putting a weeks worth of not fresh food in a box! Tried can elleknb and was such a hassle and still was charged.

Do not order from them.

Paid 39.93 for a hello fresh box that I never ordered. Hello Fresh refuses to give me a refund stating that I ordered the box; however, I never received an email confirmation stating what meals I ordered, when it was being delivered, etc. I called three times over the past month to try and get a refund as I never authorized the charge on my PayPal account and as well as the box of food was never delivered. I have called three times to try and get it resolved/get a refund and was told for the last time today that I will not be getting a refund by a very rude Hello Fresh representative. Do not recommend Hello Fresh. I now use Home Chef and am so happy with the food, delivery and communication. They issue a credit when ever requested due to any circumstances.

I usually don't write reviews but this company is so shady. They have all kinds of hidden charges. They just want you to order, doesn't show how much and you will just get surprise charges on your credit card.

Thought I try hello fresh. Got a sprouting bulb of garlic. Decided to contact hello fresh and they basically told me that they provide fresh food. HELLO Hello Fresh if it was fresh it would not be ready to plant. I ask if they could send a new one out because I need it for the recipes and Bella told me that because that week has gone they can't do that? That makes no sense I am sure you have other recipes that require garlic. I will say she was nice enough to give me a 5 credit to my account. Which is sh! T because I have to still buy form them to claim that. Why can't they send me a refund or deliver a new bulb. I was so angry, not thinking straight I said ginger to lady instead of garlic. I have a picture of it.

I like the meals but they take forever to cook. With a service like this what I really want is meals almost done or DONE. A lot of people adore it but it's just not my thing.
