Great online shopping, would like to be able to see true color swatch pictures and more interaction with the dress, such as zoom in/out so you can really see details on dresses.
The dress is amazing and almost made me cry to see her in it. She is a plus size young lady and it is not easy to find clothing options. I am so thankful to Hebos for offering the plus size options. You have made her feel like a princess and like her bigger size is beautiful too. THANK YOU.

Packaging was well done, protecting the details on the dress in a bag. Arrived earlier than expected, a HUGE plus. Liked the idea of tracking progress. There are some little things that would not be noticeable to anyone, that would probably look better on a tailored dress, but overall for the price, acceptable.

Would like to return this. Too small. It's been a week and I haven't received an approval for this return.

DO NOT BUY HERE, It is a horrible experience. They do not offer returns. The dress I received was ugly and not as pictured. I am surprised there are actually have some decent reviews, the dress I received was cheaply made and hideous. DO NOT WASTE MONEY OR TIME.

The dresses are terrible quality, material is strange color and see through. The return policy is ridiculous and shipping costs alone are over $200

I was looking for a WOW factor. The sleeves were quarter length, not long sleeve as pictured. I will take it to a seamtress to add something to it for the WOW factor..

My sleeves were horribly too big! I had to get them altered.

This was my first order. I would definitely recommend Hebeos. The prices were decent. The delivery time was very quick! I made an error on our address for delivery and it all worked out. If you chat, take into account the time difference.

The dresses on here were pretty cheap for good quality so it's nice

The site is easy to use. The custom sizing was pretty accurate ( Only off by a couple inches on waist). Great pricing. Honestly unbelievable pricing for the quality! Can't wait to buy more!

It was very easy to navigate, there are so many beautiful choices, it was very budget friendly, and the way they keep you informed about your delivery is amazing, 100% would recommend.

The buying process was simple a quick. As soon as my order was confirmed and shipped, I received an email with tracking number I was worried because of how far the dress had to come but it got here on time and is a quality garment.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. The dresses were poor quality and one dress was obviously not even the same one (they sent me a halter top not spaghetti straps) that I ordered. This company does not have an easy return policy as stated on their website. They have hassled me every step of the way. They started by telling me there were no returns on my items (even though they were not custom made). They are now offering me 15% of my return to try and sell them to someone locally myself! Don't waste your time or money on this garbage. I believe their reviews online are fabricated.

Sizing not correct for US sizes. Dress did not fit.
