I'm tried on several occasions to get some one to help me apply my discount because the product was the wrong size and I tried to re order it. I had to pay for the item I needed all over again and lost out of $168.00 for something I didn't even wear. Very poor customer service

Try to find a dress locally with no luck went online and found Hebeos so many options, so affordable loved it.

It was difficult to see the whole dress front and back at times. Plus the color needed would only be shown in a swatch not on the model at times.

My experience was great! I had no worries with placing the order.

I ordered a dress init original size, no special order. They refused to tell me how to return it, when they finally sent me some information it was a return to China that cost 3/4 the price of the dress. Size up at least 1 size or maybe two, narrow at the boddice and breast,

Policy indicates accepts returns… did not… instead told me to keep the dress ( which I can't wear because it does not fit) and offered a gift certificate to purchase another dress at 70% off.
When you order something online, returns and exchanges should be honored

I used the expedited shipping which I loved. It's worth the money since its coming from the other side of the world. I actually ordered my dress later then my sister and she got regular shipping. My dress got here before hers. The notification about the pick up I wasn't sure if it was legit or not. But, turns out it was.

Easy to get to what I wanted, thank you thank you for making it easy to figure out ordering a dress online.

Great product! Shipping delay was minor, a week late. Worth the wait!

We Had very little time before our brides wedding to find three the same colour dresses dresses for her bridesmaids we were able to find them and order them and get them delivered within the time we needed which was awesome

Id say for a very simple small wedding or elopement these are perfect dresses for the price.

The purchasing experience was great. The dress arrived when they said it would. The dress was in good condition. Now, I need to understand how to return the dress!

Everything fits like it glove. It's beautiful!. Received on time as promised.

Communication made it easier, I was notified when my order was received, when they started to tailor my dress, when it was shipped with a tracking number.

I have not received my order yet so can not comment on the product. I selected 48 hour shipping on a generic size when ordering the dress. It only gave me 1 option when paying shipping. Its been 11 days and my order still has not left their depot. Despite being in contact with them from day 1 as I was concerned about the shipping I had to choose, and having them promise it will arrive. It will not arrive, I will now miss my event.

Worse experience ever, I've purchase two dresses and neither will fit, they are not willing to return or refund you for products you can't use.

They say on their website they will refund if not satisfied. I ordered the size according to their measurements and they say I ordered the wrong size so they only offered a 20% refund. Hardly worth it! I will never order from them again.

I will never order again from this store... I asked for a refund on 1 dress, I read the return policy in full before I purchased my order. They make it so impossible to return something and then tell you it won't be fully returned and you have to pay for shipping and only get SOME of your money back bc of a restocking fee! Very disappointed
