I will post pictures later on of the HORRIBLE dress that they sent me. I paid $180 for a dress that is absolutely ridiculously sewn and is nothing like the picture AND not the color we ordered. It took a month to get to us. The only thing they offered was a 5% discount to take it to a seamstress... seriously? There is no fixing this dress. NOT to mention it is the wrong color. I took a chance and now I have a very disappointed, sad daughter on my hands. Don't believe the reviews!

Ordered a prom dress for daughter. Arrived in a DHL plastic envelope with no packing slip or any other documentation. Wreaked of a fishy odor. Smelled VERY foul. The slit in the front that only went to the online model's mid thigh went above my daughter's belly button. The zipper was would not zip up past her waist. Customer service told me to have it altered. Closing the slit is doable, but there's not enough material to get the zipper to close. They claim the dresses are "made to order and cannot be resold". We ordered a size 4. We did not get a size 4. We did not get what we ordered. We went to a local department store and bought a size 4 dress off the rack that fit perfect. Do not recommend this site.

I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter. First one came and looked nothing like the pic. Rhinestones hanging off it did not zip and looked so cheap. All they did was offer $10 on a dress that was over $150 to fix a zipper what a joke so when I tried to cancel my second order for a dress that they haven't even started to get ready they denied me with some return policy that u hAve to cAncel order in 6 hours. Another joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM BUYER BEWARE

I bought a dress from here about a week ago, it came and I was SHOOOOOOK! It was like I bought a completely different dress I wanted and then there was a tear on the back! They have horrible customer service as well. They told me to go to a tailor because they are apparently to perfessional to admit they ruined it! Oh and this isn't even a cal neck dress. My boobs fell out because it's to damn tight! The zipper gets stuck! And the slit is at my mid calf! Never would recommend from here! I wouldn't even spend $5 on this dress UNWEARABLE! If I could I could there would be a 0 star.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT- SUPER CHEAP LOOKING. WE ARE OUT OVER $150 AND ONTO BUYING A REAL PROM DRESS! THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM! PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM. I AM SURE THE ONLY GOOD REIVEWS ARE THE ONES MADE UP FROM THE COMPANY. HEBEOS WILL NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY AND GIVE A REFUND. NO MATTER WHAT! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

This is the worst company and most horrendous customer service department I have EVER dealt with! I would not even give them 1 star, but zero was not an option. My wedding dress arrived and the entire dress wreaked of fish! I immediately attempted to air the dress out, but nothing helped! I then contacted customer service to request a refund or alternate dress if a refund was not possible. Customer service refused to do anything about it stating my dress did not qualify for a refund or replacement. This company preys on people and basically just steals your money! Then, on top of getting an unwearable dress, they are rude and inconsiderate. The website states they take exceptional care to make a beautiful dress and protected shipment and delivery. However, their policies are complete lies! They will NOT assume responsibility for their mistakes and are completely unprofessional. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! YOU ARE BETTER OFF JUST THROWING YOUR MONEY IN THE TRASH!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! We ordered a dress and when it did not fit correctly we were told they do not accept returns (which is the total opposite of what it says on their website). I would never order something that cost over $100 if it couldn't be returned!

Their customer service is terrible. I never received a confirmation email or a shipping notice. They did not acknowledge that their website lies about the return policy and they used incorrect grammar and no punctuation in all of our correspondence (this makes me highly question their professionalism).

I am highly disappointed in this experience. Steer clear of this terrible, lying, stealing company!

MY daughter ordered a dress on 22nd January for a specific function. At the time of writing it has been over a month and the dress has not been delivered and the standard line is that we can cancel and lose all our money - despite no goods arriving and no delivery date.
I've pointed out that taking money and refusing a full refund for non-delivery is illegal and taking money under false pretences, but to no avail, so I now have alternative but to sue the company concerned.

I wasted almost $200 on a hideous dress that was nothing like the picture. They use fake pictures to sell their products, and surprise! It did not fit. After them giving me the runaround for over a week and not responding to my initial request for a refund, they refused to return it even though it was not worn. They told me to find a tailor even though I let it be known that there was nothing that my trusted tailor of 10 years could do short of making me a new dress. Even if there was something that could be done I would not have it in time for my new event. As a result, I had to overnight a beautiful new dress from a different retailer to wear to my event. If you're into getting scammed by people in Singapore, then by all means, go ahead and order from them. If not, please learn from my mistake and take your money elsewhere!
